By using our photography services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document and contract signed. All images remain property of the photographer unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients are granted usage rights for personal purposes unless commercial usage is negotiated. Booking confirmations, payment requirements, and turnaround times will be communicated in writing at the time of engagement.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided at the discretion of the business. If a session must be canceled due to weather, illness, or other circumstances, we will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, partial or full refunds may be considered if at fault of the photographer, wanting to reschedule within 24 hours of your booking will be subject to a rebook, no fee applied only within 2 months of original booking date, 48 hours notice + will be subject to a 25% refund or a rebook with no fee within 2 months of original booking date . Digital products delivered and accepted are generally non-refundable. Shipping Policy Physical prints or products are shipped within estimated timeframes provided at purchase. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary based on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services but will assist in resolving related issues where possible.
